Heather McGeory
Head of Sustainability, Fifth Wall
Heather McGeory is the Head of Sustainability at Fifth Wall, where she focuses on ESG and decarbonization strategies across Fifth Wall's funds.Â
Prior to joining Fifth Wall, Heather was the Global Practice Lead on Climate at APCO, a public affairs consultancy and the Chief Operating Officer & Co-Founder of the We Mean Business Coalition. She also has advised a number of climate startups on voluntary carbon markets, electric vehicle infrastructure, and net-zero building materials. She started her career at the NASA/Goddard Institute for Space Studies working on atmospheric carbon and its effect on agricultural crops and food security.Â
Heather was born and currently resides in New York. She graduated from Barnard College with a Bachelor of Arts in religion and Columbia University with a Masters of International Affairs.Â
