Aysha Alshriem is a senior executive with over 15 years of responsible and progressive experience in management, and she plays a pivotal role as the Sustainability Lead for our company. With a deep commitment to environmental responsibility and social impact, Aysha brings her expertise to Qatar Cool in driving sustainable practices and initiatives throughout the organization. 

Currently, Aysha holds the position of managing and leading the Administration & Support Services Group, which encompasses several subdivisions, including Administration, Human Resources, Information Technology, Procurement, External Communications, and sustainability. As an active member of the Senior Management Team and a Board Member of Qatar Cool's two subsidiaries, Aysha's influence extends beyond her immediate responsibilities, allowing her to advocate for sustainable practices at all levels of the organization. 

Aysha's extensive professional experiences encompass executive level management, strategic management, training and employee development, resource and budget forecasting, organizational development, and employee relations. With her broad skill set, she is well-equipped to integrate sustainability into the company's overall strategy and operations, fostering a culture of environmental stewardship and social responsibility.
