Jozef Henriquez

Jozef leads the Resource Mobilization Team at IDB Invest, which he joined in 2016. He is responsible for designing and implementing strategies for relations with financial partners (commercial banks, institutional investors, and impact investors, among others), development of new mobilization products and pricing of new operations. He joined the IDB Group in 2002, as he continued to develop his career in capital markets and syndications.

Before joining the IDB Group, Jozef was a Director at ABN AMRO Bank N.V., responsible for the origination and distribution of syndicated loans in the financial leverage and integrated energy sectors in the Americas. During the first ten years of his career, he worked for commercial and investment banks.

Jozef earned a master’s in business administration from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and an undergraduate degree in business administration from the University of Notre Dame (USA)..
