Jeff is Chief Transformation Officer and a Member of the Board of Liberty Steel Group based in London.
In a previous role as Executive Director at JP Morgan in London, Jeff led the firm's global ferrous commodity effort. He operated in a similar capacity at Koch Industries.
Early in his career, Jeff worked with AER*X, the original pioneers of the SO2 emission allowances trading system established by the US Clean Air Act Amendments of 1990. Known now as the Acid Rain Program, this was one of the first truly effective programs in the world to reduce air pollution via the use of market forces.
Jeff holds degrees from American and Cornell Universities. He is a Freeman of The City of London in The Company of Ironmongers and Churchwarden of The Parish of Holy Trinity and St Saviour, London. Originally from Buffalo, New York he has worked in Argentina and has resided in the UK for over 20 years.
