Solution Session 3A

Innovating Mobility

- Decarbonising the Transport Sector Through Innovation & Technologies

13.30-14.30

The transport sector offers a great potential for climate change mitigation across different modes of transport such as bicycles, cars, buses, and trains. Electrification of transport has proven to be one solution to reduce transport emissions that have the potential to be deployed on a large scale.

This session focused on the necessary mobility innovations and technologies to foster zero-carbon transport systems and a resilient transport infrastructure that can withstand negative impacts triggered by climate change.
