Entry & ID
Please bring your government-issued ID to verify your identity. Please make sure to check your inbox for your confirmation email, as your confirmation email is your ticket to the venue.

For Speaker, Members and Partners: Make sure you come to the priority registration desk.

There will security check when entering the venue. There will also be a cloakroom for your jackets. You are allowed to bring luggage, however, you will have to carry it around with you at all times for security reasons.
How to Get There
​
The closest subway station is Nariman Narimanov, which is serviced by the red and green lines.
​
Alternatively, take buses 5 or 11 and get off at the Baku Management and Technology College stop on Tabriz St.
Practical Tips
​
World Climate Summit is recognised as one of the biggest COP side events, therefore, queues are expected. We advise our attendees to join us on-site ahead of time to enjoy their days at the Summit fully. Coffee, tea and snacks will be prepared for you to enjoy and allow some time for networking.
​
During the Summit, pictures and recordings will be taken and performed. Please be aware that the Summit is being live-streamed and digital footage is shared on our channels during and after the event.
