Opening Session
From Glasgow to Sharm El Sheikh

- Tracking Progress on Implementation towards Net Zero

COP26 in Glasgow demonstrated the leadership of non-state actors in the climate change arena. However, more ambitious actions and swift implementation of pledges and commitments are crucial to keep global warming well below 2°C. The session focused on finding answer to the question: how can corporations, governments, finance actors and international organisations turn their ambitious climate commitments from Glasgow into concrete action plans to spearhead the global transition to Net-Zero economies?
